The word itself cannot be generalized because we are all incredibly unique by design. We may be made up of the same parts, but the ways in which those parts function vary based on a great number of factors: our genetics, environments, diet, lifestyle, beliefs, etc. All that’s to say, no two bodies are exactly alike, thus no one-size-fits-all health plan exists.
A Health Coach is a personal health advocate- think personal trainer for lifestyle and overall well-being. Together, you and I can curate a custom Health Program that is tailored to all of your individual needs and personal goals.
